Hi everyone, I've set a date for the walk in clinic. .
These will be running every other month starting from Jan 26.
The dates will be advertised on Facebook and various heath care settings in and around pontefract.
Please fill out a medical history form and consent form at reception.
Moving forward there will also be set days for other service drop ins such as wound care, ear wax removal etc.
