Are you looking for more fun ways to get active on campus?
Join the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac on Thursday, October 30, from 2:30-3:30pm.
Location: Meeting at PGCLL Level 2, Wellness Lounge, walk along Ravine Road trail, loop past the aviary towards Caleb's Walk returning back on campus. This trail has some elevation changes and narrow paths. In the case of wet or slippery conditions, the route will be modified.
Connect with nature and unwind on a walk! Led by the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac, you’ll go on a walk on one of the trails on or near campus. Take time away from your studies or work, make new friends, and connect with the beautiful nature surrounding Mac’s campus with Walk in Nature.
Snacks available at the end of the walk in the Wellness Lounge.
