Emcee'd by Jessie of What's In Westchester's, the event is a heartwarming, Halloween-themed celebration bringing together wish families, volunteers, and the community for a scenic Hudson River waterfront festival. Featuring a River Walk stroll, glass pumpkin patch, live music, food trucks, costume contests, and more family-friendly activities, this event is more than a fun fall day - it's a chance to make a difference!
