Celebrate West Plains 3rd Annual Walk for Transgender Visibility! This March 28th, join us in West Plains for the 3rd Annual Walk for Transgender Visibility—a powerful day to celebrate our trans community, uplift local voices, and reclaim space with joy, courage, and solidarity.
Everyone is welcome to stand with us!
For International Transgender Day of Visibility, we’re gathering at The Yellow House, a vibrant community hub in West Plains, Missouri, to highlight why visibility matters and how together we can create a safer, more supportive community.
This year’s event features a music festival feel with local artists bringing the West Plains community together, inspiring local speakers sharing how visibility saves lives, how everyday allyship makes a difference, and what safety and inclusion looks like here at home. We’ll take a visibility walk through the neighborhood, carrying flags, signs, and messages of love, resilience, and solidarity.
Date: March 28th, the Saturday before (International Transgender Day of Visibility)
All day
Location: The Yellow House 209 W Trish Knight St, West Plains, MO
Bring your friends, your flags and signs (or use ours), your stories, and all the love and support you have to share.
This day is more than an event—it’s a promise that trans people are seen, valued, and celebrated in West Plains, today and every day. Invite your neighbors, spread the word, and help us make this the loudest, brightest Walk for Transgender Visibility yet.
