About this Event

15' WalkFit and 45' of Stretch 'n Flex is a class offered by Rowheath Active to all ages to help improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and joint mobility. We believe total health is achieved, not just by physical exercise, but attention to all aspects of body, mind, and soul. The two class are a perfect combination but can be taken separately.

This class is a ministry of Rowheath Pavilion Church and our instructors are volunteers. Donations towards room hire would be gratefully appreciated.
