Join us for Walk & Talk with Agility every third Wednesday of the month! Meet us out back of Solis Hall in downtown Wellen Park to connect with Jennifer, one of Agility Physical Therapy's expert therapists. The event begins with pre-walk stretches, followed by a stroll around the scenic downtown pond while discussing how to start your walking plan. We’ll finish with post-walk stretches to help you stay on track with your fitness goals. This event is free of charge and open to all. Come walk, talk, and get moving with Agility!
