Walk & Talk Social Walking Programme in Dun Laoghaire

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Sports Partnership are rolling out a new 5-week walking programme on Tuesday mornings in Dun Laoghaire at 09:30am for approximately 1 Hour starting on the 2nd of July.

This programme is designed for those looking to get back to activity and exercise, returning form illness or injury. These walks will be at a slower pace . It will be a great excuse to get out, be active and make new friends.

Meeting each week at The Queen Vicoria FOuntain. Each week the group will walk a different route around Dun Laoghaire taking in some of the beautiful views.

This will be a fun way to help participants looking to get a bit more active by improving posture, enhanced fitness levels, and fat burning. This walking programme is supported by Sport Ireland and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council .
