September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to take the first steps toward healing — one conversation, one step, and one act of compassion at a time. 💛
Walk & Talk is a safe space for ALL — whether you’re personally navigating the pain of loss, supporting someone struggling, or simply standing in solidarity. This is a place to be vulnerable, to connect, and to know you are never alone.

• Inspiring speakers and mental health resources
• FREE T-shirt & food with registration
• Kids 12 & under attend FREE!
💬 Calling all mental health advocates, resources, and speakers! If you have a message, service, or story related to mental health or suicide prevention, we encourage you to participate or attend.
