Walk & Talk Club - Hyde Park

Join Connected You Community's monthly Walk & Talk Club where every month we meet at one of London's Royal Parks for a walk or nearby forest for a walk to connect and meet with other women. This month we will walk in Hyde Park.

For our May walk, we will walk and walk in Hyde Park.

We will do a quick welcome circle to introduce ourselves and then walk together about 5k length walk.

We will have a coffee during the walk and have a women's circle to gather together to have a sharing circle.

Every attendee must have their own ticket!

There are three price brackets, please feel free to choose whatever you can pay. By choosing Supporter your contribution allows for some totally free spots to be available for those out of work or struggling financially and for us to keep growing our community and bring more events for you!

Freebie First Time: We offer free tickets for anyone who joins our community events for the first time.

Early Bird: £5 + fee (closes 2 weeks before event)

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Essi Auguste Virtanen

Essi believes connection is the foundation for our wellbeing. She is an Intuitive Wellbeing Coach who holds a BA in Journalism and MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

By combining her communications expertise, positive psychology knowledge and her gift of connecting with people, Essi founded Connected You to bring women together to support each other, connecting heart to heart for wellbeing, work on personal development through workshops and events, and share experiences to make long-lasting connections.

Everything we do is to help you to create a Connected YOU: who feels connected within You, with Others and the wider world and the Universe to create a heart-led, fulfilling life.

Essi also does 1:1 coaching on her HEARTFUL method which is about supporting people to reconnect with themselves after heartbreaking life events or life transitions, find their direction for a fulfilling life and support them to start and go after it.
