Join California State Senator Tim Grayson, Contra Costa County Supervisor Shanelle Scales-Preston, and East Bay Regional Park District staff on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Learn about vegetation management and pond restoration while enjoying conversation and the park’s natural beauty.
Location and route
Meet at the Crow Picnic Area, Alhambra Staging Area, 273-181 Brookwood Dr, Martinez. Follow directional signs from the parking lot. The walk is approximately 1 mile on a wide, slightly inclined gravel path. The picnic area has compact dirt and grass, with some uneven ground and ground squirrel holes. Parking is free.
