Walk & Flow – Forest Bathing & Mindful Flow Yoga

Meet outside the Lower Studio by 9:25am; 30-minute yoga class takes place in the Waterfall Room after the walk.

Join us to take a 30-minute mindful walk followed by a 30-minute Mindful Flow yoga practice. We’ll start the walk with a chance to engage socially and move our bodies until we arrive at the head of a nature trail. From there we’ll enjoy a 10-minute “forest bathing” session and sensory walk which will be more of a solitary and meditative experience. The group will then walk back to the studio and enjoy a grounding practice of flow, stretch and balance. Community meditation in savasana, resting in mindful awareness, concludes the hour.
