About this Event

This walk and talk will explore the history of Bushwick, beginning in the mid 19th century. Stopping at the gravesites of these notable families, we will discuss the development of Bushwick as it expanded from farmland to urban neighborhood.

The group will meet at the 1629 Bushwick Avenue entrance gate at 11 AM. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a waterbottle. Please expect to be standing or walking for the duration of the event.

The closest train stations to The Evergreens include the L (Bushwick Aberdeen stop) or the A/C/J/Z (Broadway Junction).
