**Join us for WALK AND TALK – the perfect way to stay active and connect with others!**Led by Karen from the T4H @therapy4healing & TFL 'Getting People Active' project, these walks are perfect for everyone. Karen, a personal development coach, combines walking with coaching for an incredible experience.
