Saturday, May 16th will be a FUN community event of celebrating our blessings together as we bless others in desperate need of clean, safe water.
We will have:
- Face painting
- Balloon twists
- Mayor Jason Bailey and City Manager Ty Blakely Officiating
- UCHS NJROTC presenting colors & leading the Pledge of Allegiance
- Performances by the Union County Line Dancers, and the E Kapuna Wahine E Kamealoha Polynesian Dancers
- Live Bluegrass music by TN 90
- OUTSTANDING food available from Menza's Italian Beef & Bakery
- Wonderful vendors at the Union County Farmers Market to shop
Join us as we walk from the Market around Union County High School and Wilson Park then back to the Market representing symbolically the miles Ugandan children have to trek to get unclean, unsafe water. All details can be found on our website (link included above).
