Car Deadlift for reps - 60’s time limit, no suits, no figure 8 straps
Axle press medley - 75s, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg - must get the down signal before moving on to next weight
Conans wheel - 280kg - most revolutions wins, no time limit, no drops
Sandbag to shoulder medley - 100kg, 120kg, 140kg for reps - 75s
Stones to platform - 60s time limit, 90kg, 100kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg
