This is Wales Strongest Man... The Quaifiers.
This isn’t your average venue.
This is HQ — a raw, outdoor iron arena built for strength.
A battleground where athletes don’t hide behind machines or mirrors.
It's out in the Open air.
There's going to be Heavy iron lifted.
There'll be clanging and banging.
There will be Real grit on show.
This is where strongman belongs.
And on May 23rd…
HQ becomes the proving ground for Wales’ strongest.
THE IRON DRUID
This is a Wales’ Strongest Man Qualifier.
Only 8 men step forward.
Only the strongest survive.
They will go head-to-head in a brutal test of power, endurance, and will…
Fighting for the title of:
THE IRON DRUID.
This will be a battle to the very end.
No one is holding back.
No one is leaving anything in the tank.
The Events:
Yoke Walk – 300kg, crushing speed and spines at the same time.
Farmers Frame Carry – 256kg max distance. This will be a test of grip, pain, and pure determination.
Conan’s Wheel – 200kg, it will be relentless, soul-destroying rotation.
Circus Dumbbell – explosive power overhead in a medley format.
Apollon Axle Deadlift – 280kg it'll be raw, unforgiving and a barbaric event.
These are not gym lifts.
These are tests for warriors.

Kids are free but please bear in mind that this can be a long day.
