Wakefield Shuffle 2025

Welcome to the Wakefield Shuffle 2025!

The Wakefield Shuffle, taking place Sunday, April 13th from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm, is a fundraiser for the Garden Oaks Constable Program. Come on out to "shuffle" down Wakefield Drive and meet your neighbors while supporting local businesses.

All ticket holders will receive a complimentary drink at all of the following venues during the event:

1. Walking Stick Brewing Co. (957 Wakefield)
2. Wakefield Crowbar (954 Wakefield)
3. Great Heights Brewing Co. (938 Wakefield)
4. William Price Distilling Co. (970 Wakefield)
5. Decant Urban Winery (948 Wakefield)
6. d'Alba (3715 Alba)

Upon arrival to the event, please check in at the registration table located in front of William Price Distilling (970 Wakefield) or Great Heights Brewing (938 Wakefield) to receive a wristband and drink coupons in order to receive your complimentary drinks.

Minimal free street parking is available on Wakefield and the surrounding streets. You can utilize one of the paid parking lots on Wakefield, use a rideshare option, bike, or walk to the event.

Only adults 21+ may purchase a ticket. Kids and pets are welcome in accordance to each location's policy.

All ticket purchases will be donated to the Garden Oaks Civic Club and Garden Oaks Constable Program. The Constable Program provides for one contracted constable, provided by the Harris County Constable's Office, to patrol all five Garden Oaks sections at 40 hours a week ($90,000 annual cost). The Constable Program's main objectives are crime prevention and immediate service to any citizen in need. They provide a highly visible neighborhood patrol and a much quicker response time than the Houston Police Department.
