In partnership with the Lucius Beebe Memorial Library and the Wake-UP Coalition, we will be hosting an in-person screening of the film Screenagers: Generation AI, which explores what can be done to mitigate the risks artificial intelligence poses to young people's learning, relationships, and mental health.. The sixty-minute film features guidance for youth, parents and educators, along with a range of expert advice. There will be a facilitated Q & A following the screening.
The film is suitable for students grade 6+ and their caregivers, though all are welcome. The screening will take place from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Lucius Beebe Memorial Library.
The first 15 families to register and attend will receive two free books - one for teens and one for adults.
