This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you connect with your energy, explore the chakra system, and experience the foundational principles of Reiki in a welcoming and supportive space—no prior experience needed.
Whether you're simply curious about energy work or looking to build your personal wellness toolkit, you'll leave feeling grounded, informed, and re-energized.
In this class, you will:
• Learn about the seven chakras and their connection to your emotions, body, and daily life
• Explore the basics of Reiki and how it can support energetic balance (no attunement required)
• Experience your own energy field through simple guided exercises
• Use breathwork, gentle movement, and sound to release tension and restore clarity
• Participate in a group Reiki healing session (seated or lying down—your choice)
• Receive a take-home workbook with journaling prompts, check-ins, and tools for daily energy care

• Light refreshments will be served
• Free street parking and nearby lot (3-minute walk)
• Restroom available on site
• Please note: there are several steps into the venue
• You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat if you’d prefer to lie down during the final Reiki session
