Every Sunday | 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM | Valley Greens, Peekskill, NY 10566
Start your day grounded, energized, and fully in your body. This all levels morning flow is designed to gently awaken the system while building strength, mobility, and breath awareness. Expect a well-rounded practice with fluid movement, mindful pacing and space to tune into your own rhythm.
This class is optionally elevated whether you choose to partake or not, the environment is welcoming, supportive and centered on presence. Come as you are and move in a way that feels true for you.
Please bring a mat and any props you’d like to use (blocks/blanket/towel).
