Spend your Saturday morning stretching by the lake, connecting with an amazing community, and starting your weekend with intention. Whether you’re a longtime ZenDen member or you’ve been curious to experience cannabis-friendly yoga, this is the perfect class to join. Bring your mat, your favorite strain (if you partake), and let’s flow together on the beach
