Waitangi Day on the Shore — Dawn Ceremony, Hikoi + Summer Vibes
Lake House Arts has partnered with Awataha Marae and Takapuna Boating Club to help share a meaningful, whānau-friendly Waitangi Day experience with our community.
Begin at first light with a dawn ceremony alongside sculptures at Takapuna Boating Club, then join the hikoi as we walk together with storytelling along the way, before arriving at Eventfinda Stadium for Summer Vibes — a free Waitangi Day event led by Awataha Marae.
Come for one part or follow the full journey.
