Designed to enrich the intentional practice of waistbeads through meditation and a brief yoga flow.

Join us for a transformative experience that combines the ancient tradition of Waistbeads with the serenity of meditation and the fluidity of a yoga flow. In this workshop, participants will not only learn about the rich history and cultural significance of Waistbeads but also have the chance to actively engage in the intentional practice.

Each participant will have the chance to choose their Beadbody Waistbeads and engage in a hands-on tying session. As a special touch, one strand of Waistbeads is included in the workshop price, allowing participants to wear their unique piece throughout the session and beyond. A brief yet rejuvenating yoga flow designed to enhance the mind-body connection and complement the intention-setting process of tying Waistbeads.
