Get ready for a fun and relaxed in-person event where creativity flows and healing happens. Grab your girl friends, dress up in aloha wear, and come enjoy a colorful afternoon filled with laughter, painting, and great company!

Su Shen Atta, art educator and mental health professional (with a focus on trauma and grief work) invites you to play, splash, splatter with your favorite colors to design your very own affirmation watercolor painting during PAINT YOURSELF POSITIVE!!

Hannah Abbott, President of Echo & Encourage Ministries, a nonprofit organization based in Hawaiʻi will speak to you on Echoing Healing Through Art: How to Blend Healing into Your Life. Learn how God can turn beauty from your ashes.

Special guest Marikka Zavas, founder of Heart Led Therapy and a leadership mentor for women, will speak to you on Creating from the Heart: Using Creativity to Move Through Life's Challenges.

Enjoy delicious appetizers and tea, receive raffles for prizes, and come expectant for a beautiful time together.

Group 1 ticket holders will start with the PAINT YOURSELF POSITIVE!! workshop in the cafeteria and Group 2 ticket holders will start with the keynotes in the chapel. There are a limited number of tickets per group. Purchase tickets ahead to plan if you'd like to be in a group with your friends.

Info: Check-in starts at 2:30 PM. Pick up your name tag and settle into your seat for Paint & Sip. Our team will direct Group 1 to the cafeteria to start with Painting with Su and will direct Group 2 to the chapel to start with Speaking with Hannah.
