Join us at Break Rock Brewery on Saturday, February 8th at 11:00 AM for a fun, fierce, and fabulous Cardio Pilates “WAGS of the NFL” class led by Abby!
This 45-minute class is designed to give you that slow, steady burn that tones, tightens, and strengthens. You’ll isolate major muscle groups with small, controlled movements, then kick things up with bursts of higher-impact cardio to get your heart pumping. Expect to leave feeling strong, confident, sweaty, and absolutely unstoppable — just like the women who run the NFL from the sidelines
