Wags for Waves, combining the surfing and dog loving communities of Virginia Beach, will bring a unique attraction to the Oceanfront. Our goal is to create a fun event for participants and spectators and to raise money and awareness in support of dog shelters and animal adoptions.
Enter your furry friend in the contest: solo, tandem, or costume. All skill levels welcome. Register at www.wagsforwaves. All contestants will receive a specially designed t-shirt and a doggie bag of treats from our fabulous vendors on display at the beach.
Don't have a surfboard or a dog who loves the water? Just come down and cheer them on!
