### Itinerary:
**FRIDAY NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT**
Function doors open at 6:00 PM for people whom have booked seats. A stand with Map of Tables and names will be close to entry way where the big Balloon Arch is. So you will be able to look where you are seated. Any problems call Tania 0427225100.
Raffle tickets will start to go on-sale around 6:30ish. Please buy some as this money goes towards our Chatity, “Sunflower House” for help and support with Mental Health.
Order some dinner and take it back to your reserved seats if you would like to. All seats will have your names on them if Ive taken your booking. If you didnt reserve a seat, please find a seat elsewhere in the club. Raffles will be drawn throughout the night in between band breaks. Music will also be played within band breaks.

**SATURDAY DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT**
Please note, before 10am, entrance to and from the club is via front doors only. After 10am, the side doors from the Auditorium to the show n shine will be open plus other entries.
**8:30 AM - 2PM**
“SHOW n SHINE”
Gates open at 8:30am for car entrants to set up for the Show ‘n’ Shine.
**Gates open to public at 10:00 AM**
The Show ‘n’ Shine takes place to the left of the club. As you drive in the front driveway, go left and you will see the entry to the show n shine.
Monies raised from this also goes to Sunflower House in Wagga.

3. Best Creative Display (including best vehicle display and dressed drivers & passengers, with props allowed to enhance creativity. More categories TBA!) and Judging times TBA
**10:00 AM - 2:00PM**
“MIXTAPE” Rock ‘n’ Roll Duo, with Peta & Dave, performing in the Auditorium. After 10:00 AM, access to the Show ‘n’ Shine will be through the side doors; where the Duo are playing. Get up n have a dance while the show n shine is on. Feel free to eat your food from the Bistro in the Auditorium listening to the Duo sing or you could eat back at your reserved seat in the Function room.

- **12:30 PM - 1:30/2:00 PM:**
**1950’s Vintage FASHION PARADE**
Starting 12:30pm…. (ALL Fashion Parade entrants meet in the Club Auditorium around 12:15pm ready for a 12:30 start)
The Fashion Parade is featuring prizes for 1/..Best Dressed Female 2/..Best Dressed Male and 3/..Best Dressed Couple. What Judges will be looking for TBA
**1:15PM** Announcements of our Show n Shine winners and Fashion Parade winners from our MC. Dont forget to get some lunch from our Bistro. Great food, Great Prices!!
**2:15 PM - 4:15 PM:**
** ROCK n ROLL LESSONS by “Johnny Phung” an Award Winning Australian Dance Teacher whom runs Johnny Rockers Dance School in Albury, NSW. (Lessons held our Function Room. Be 10min early to be on the floor at 2:15pm)
**4:45 PM - 5:30 PM:**
**CAR CRUISE** (Hoping for it to happen but TBA)

Again, raffles will start to sell around 6:30pm and drawn in the Bands Breaks.
If anyone is interested in meeting up for breakfast with Wagga Rockers in the Club Bistro on Sunday morning before you head home, please let me know well in advance. By 1st September. Bistro opens at 8am. 0427225100

Please note: The Rock n Roll dance lesson from Johnny Phung is only open to intermediate level dancers. No beginners. Wanna learn to dance? If your in wagga, come to the club Tuedsay night from 5-9pm with a mixture of New Vouge and Old Time Dancing with Cheryl & John and then to up the beat a little, we have Rock n Roll Dancing with Tania & Shane. ### Important Notes for Car Entrants:
Limited spots are available, so please call Tania, on 0427 225 100 to register your vehicle. I’d appreciate it if you could do this by the end of June/July, as spots are filling up quickly.
- Once your car is set up, it must remain on-site until 2PM. Safety will be closely monitored throughout the day. If you want to leave early and dont wish to stay for judging and prizes please let the guys involved know…. Before you enter the area. Only one way accesses into and out of Show n Shine area. Please be mindful of other vehicles. We are all here to have a fun day.
###ACCOMMODATION###
The club has a hotel right next door, just a 1-minute walk away. The club opens at 8:00 AM on Saturdays & Sundays for breakfast and great coffee, with takeaway options available. Please note that NO outside food is allowed to be brought into the club.
**BISTRO HOURS**
Breakfast…Mon-Fri 7am-9:30am
Weekends… Sat-Sun 8am-10am
Lunch…12-2pm (everyday)
Dinner…6pm-9pm (every night)
Dont feel like a big meal?…
We have a coffee shop that serves light meals. I think especially for our festival, for Fri & Sat night it closes at 9:30/10pm. TBA. The coffee shop is open all day so you can always get a snack there….
Just to let everyone know, there will be photos taken throughout the night and uploaded to FaceBook to show how much fun we all had.
And to let Show n Shine car people know that photos will be taken and uploaded to facebook. All number plates will be blurred before uploading by me but I cant assure the public will do the same.
