WADENA ... LET’S SEE YOU GLOW!
Untangle those lights, turn up the holiday tunes and help us bring a little Christmas magic to the streets!
The Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce invites local and area businesses, civic groups, schools, families and community members to join the Holiday Parade of Lights on Friday, December 4, at 6 p.m.
Walk with your group! Deck out a vehicle! Create a float that twinkles from top to bottom!
Big or small, simple or spectacular ... we’d love to see you shine. Participation is FREE!
Lineup: Behind M State. All units must be in place by 5:30 p.m. Entries will be placed as they arrive; there is no assigned lineup.
Parade route: Starting behind M State, traveling east on Franklin, then north on 2nd St. SW and finishing at BN Park.
One Santa, please! We’ve invited the big guy himself, so please do not include a live Santa with your entry.
Hand it over ... don’t toss it! No candy or other items may be tossed from parade units. Walkers may hand goodies directly to spectators.
Keep the Christmas cheer going! After the parade, join Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Depot for hot chocolate, cookies and a little holiday magic.
Ready to light up Wadena? Gather your crew ... we’ll see you at the parade!
