On-line entry deadline is Saturday, June 1, 2024, 11:30 p.m HST. Under no circumstance will on-line entries be accepted after this date. Any division or weight class change must be made before the deadline. Contact [email protected] or [email protected] for division or weight class changes to the online entry form before the deadline. NO changes will be made after the Saturday, June 1, 2024 deadline.

Weigh-ins:
Friday, June 14th from 8a-10a & 4p-8p at the meet site
PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN ORDER TO WEIGH-IN ON TIME and bring all your equipment with you. Please be sure you make the weight for which you signed up!!! THERE WILL BE NO MORNING WEIGH-INS.
This contest will be drug-tested with the highest coefficients being selected.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS: Every lifter will be required to have a current WABDL card. Adult card $50.00, Teen cards $30.00. Cards MUST be purchased before the meet.
NO CHANGE IN PLY, DIVISION, OR WEIGHT CLASS after Tuesday, June 5, 2024

Lifters are responsible, as always, for checking regularly on the progress of flights and being on time for their flights. You must lift in the division that is contested first.
This is a World Championship Qualifier: The top three finishers in every weight class of every division qualify for the World Championships at Horseshoe Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada November 6-10, 2024
YOU MUST INDICATE ON THIS ENTRY WHETHER YOU WILL BE LIFTING SINGLE-PLY, DOUBLE-PLY or RAW IN THE BENCH PRESS AND/OR DEAD LIFT AND/OR PUSH-PULL. If you are doing push-pull, all plies must be the same. If you are not doing push-pull, you may have different ply for bench press and dead lift
