It has been brewing for well over a decade (or 2!!) and here it is….
WA Forró Festival: Sunset Edition 5-10th March 2025.
A Forró festival that combines the scenic beauty of Western Australia gathering together forrózeiros from everywhere in a celebration of all the qualities we love about forró: Community, culture, connection, freedom and fun.
Spread over an epic 6 days, 13 events !! Enjoy workshops, parties, sightseeing, sunsets and more, featuring a talented line-up of local and interstate dance teachers and musicians!!!
2 evenings in Perth and 4 days in our SPECTACULAR South West, culminating in an exclusive beachside event location in Busselton with on-site accommodation— for the ultimate Forró festival vibe! ….our own Itaúnas here in WA! ✨🎶

Our Busselton venue Located beachfront and ideally situated on the beautiful Geographe Bay! Affordable, conveniently located at main event venue with full indoor and outdoor BBQ and kitchen facilities, ample toilet and shower facilities while also being both in the peace of the natural surroundings and also being in the heat of the action! No traveling after each party required, you can fall straight into your bed.
Different options are available to complete your festival experience with your friends!

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
1. Introduction
By purchasing a ticket for WA Forró Festival you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Personal schedule conflicts
Illness or injury
Weather conditions
Any other reason
However in the case that organisers are required to cancel the festival- we will issue refunds.
3. Photography/Social Media
By attending you consent to the following:
You may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded by various parties.
We retain the right to use any such recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
4. Compliance with Event Rules
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by WA Forró Festival and the event venues. Please adhere to any sound restrictions and drug and alcohol policies that apply to each venue. Respectful interaction with fellow participants is expected at all times.
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person who fails to comply with these rules, without refund.
5. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and personal property at the event. The event is child friendly but that is strictly your responsibility at all times. Risks of drowning, falls, vehicle injury and large crowds can result in injury and death.
WA Forró Festival is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event.
6. Changes to the Event
Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including line-up changes, schedule changes, or venue changes, without prior notice - ticket holders will be notified through various forms of communication to advise any changes.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation.
