Location:Trout Lake Ice Rink, 3360 Victoria Drive, Vancouver

Beginner & Special Olympics - Times:

6:45 - 7:15pm - Warm up / Dryland (self-directed)

7:15 - 7:30pm - Skates on

7:30 - 7:40pm - Mats on

7:40 - 8:40pm - Beginner & Special Olympics Ice (60 minutes)

Intermediate & Advanced & Masters - Times:

7:45 - 8:30pm - Warm up / Dryland

8:30 - 8:40pm - Skates on

8:50 - 10:20pm - Intermediate & Advanced & Masters Ice (90 minutes)

10:20 - 10:30pm - Mats off

Minium Requirements to participate:

Beginner minimum skating ability:

Minimum age 5 with basic skating experience, including:

• Can skate the length of the rink without assistance
• Can glide on one foot for 2.0m
• Can forward scull with both feet
• Can snowplow stop with both feet

Intermediate Minimum Age: minimum skating age 10

Intermediate Minimum Time: less than 50.00s for the 400m on the 100m track
