Loud, brash and heavier than a Bas Rutten liver kick, Vulgore are a 5-piece groove-laden death metal band formed in late 2017 in the West Midlands city of Stoke-on-Trent. They made their mark in the UK underground metal scene with the release of their debut EP "Bliss" and with their performance at Bloodstock 2018 after winning the first Stoke edition of Metal 2 The Masses.
Doomsday Sun
music is doom-laden, harrowing-sounding, aggressive and even sometimes melancholy, generally favouring gravelly, barking vocals, copious amounts of riffs and a fuzzy, gain-rich tone to make listeners feeling like they're drowning in sonic tar. That said, clean, sung vocals are not uncommon, along with intricate melodies and proggier moments.
