🍷Course 1: Jess (Rosé) paired with Cranberry & Goat’s Cheese Bonbons
Served with beetroot carpaccio, micro rocket, and a refreshing mint yoghurt.

Accompanied by an orange and bourbon sauce, apple and pear mousse, and glazed baby carrots and pearl onions.
