Join WAMC at The Terrapin Restaurant when Vox Pop’s Ray Graf goes on the road with Chef Gail Sokol for this exclusive broadcast recording for WAMC. Frequent Vox Pop guest Gail Sokol will be guiding Ray through a baking demonstration that aims to prove that even a radio DJ like our own Uncle Grumpy can learn to bake in the hands of an experienced (and patient) teacher like Chef Sokol.
Gail and Ray will go step by step through the entire process of baking delicious Apple Galettes from scratch to finish in this one-hour radio event. You can be there in person at the gorgeous Terrapin Restaurant in the Hudson Valley Community of Rhinebeck, NY to ask Gail and Ray questions as they make their way through this culinary adventure.
