Volusia County Economic Development "Q" Breakfast - Feb. 20, 2026

Join Volusia County Economic Development for the “Q” Breakfast where the topic focus will be “Investments & Advancements Shaping Volusia County’s Future.”

The guest speaker will be John Cox, Economic Development Director for the City of Deltona who will provide a highlight on development investment activity throughout Volusia County.

Lou Paris, director of the Volusia County Division of Economic Development, will discuss the county’s fourth quarter 2025 economic data, which includes new residential and commercial construction permit activity, redevelopment permit activity, and municipal and county labor statistics. The report also highlights industry wage and employment trends, and new commercial construction and redevelopment permit investments over time.

This is an excellent opportunity to interact with elected officials, community partners and stakeholders, and to learn more about the state of Volusia County's economy.
