The Anza Native Garden is very special – it's smack-dab next to the freeway, but provides an opportunity to educate folks native plants that flourished in Griffith Park.
We’ll be pulling weeds, invasive grasses and other invasive plants, and then spread mulch which helps slow the return of weeds and adds nutrients to the soil, reduces evaporation during the warmer months of summer.
To work in the Park per LA Rec and Parks (RAP), you'll need to complete and submit a Volunteer Agreement form.
