WHAT: Volunteer Registration for the Operation Resilience Type 2 Fun

WHY: The Independence Fund’s Operation Resilience program is hosting approximately 100 Veterans from the 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment for a life-changing retreat from Thursday, November 7, 2024 until Sunday,November 10, 2024. These Veterans will participate in Type 2 Fun to get active, and begin rebuilding their bond through teamwork and competition. Type 2 Fun will be hosted in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. As a volunteer for this event, you can make a difference for Veterans and engage with the local Charlotte community.

To volunteer, please sign up through this event link. Volunteers may help run stations and activities along the event route and cheer on participants at the beginning and end of the event.
