You will hear from a range of organisations on how they manage volunteers and how they increase retention through motivation. Whether that's trying to give them role variety in small locations or volunteers who are spread across the region with no in person supervision.

You will also discover the 11 types of motivation, to help you consider your volunteers and what their intrinsic and extrinsic motivators might be.

There will be plenty of time to chat and discuss your volunteer management with others.
