[VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY] Festive Night at the Museum

We need your help! We are seeking volunteers, ages 16+, to support the museum in putting on an amazing event! Volunteers will help with event set-up, activity management, and event breakdown.

When registering, please only select as many shift(s) as you are able to work. If you become unable to attend a shift, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Shift 1 - 4-6:30 PM (2 volunteers needed)

Set-up (tables, chairs, etc.) & activity management (crafts, etc.)

Shift 2 - 6:30-9 PM (2 volunteers needed)

Activity management (crafts, etc.) & break down (putting away tables, chairs, etc.)

Volunteers may have downtime at certain points during the event. When that is the case, volunteers are welcome to join in the fun & explore the museum.

Join us for a festive night at the museum with additional open hours & free admission, Friday, Dec 13, 5-9 PM! As a featured stop along the Los Gatos Chamber's Holiday Trolley route, we'll be staying open late to spread some holiday cheer.

Explore our upper gallery, showcasing three dazzling exhibitions, including and , featuring the intricately carved sculptures of Holly Lane. Then, get creative in our MakerSpace with holiday-themed crafts like ornament making and greeting card design.

Enjoy light refreshments while immersing yourself in stunning art, festive crafts, and local history. Just follow the sparkling star on the Civic Center Lawn to your art-filled evening.

Looking for a festive way to get to the museum? The Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce’s Magical Memories Trolley will be stopping right outside! On December 13, 14 and 15 the free trolley will follow a scenic hop on/hop off loop through our beautifully decorated downtown.
