The Pontchartrain Conservancy will be hosting a Bucktown Shoreline Restoration Event on Saturday, April 12, and they are looking for volunteers! Volunteers will help plant native grass plugs in order to rebuild marsh habitat along the Lake Pontchartrain shore.
