The Village of Schaumburg is currently accepting nominations for Volunteer of the Year to be recognized at its upcoming luncheon – a public event that will feature Certified Speaking Professional and Author, Kent Julian.
Kent Julian, Certified Speaking Professional and Author, will deliver the keynote address at this year's luncheon. Kent is a sought-after leadership and employee engagement expert, CSP® professional speaker, and former championship swim coach. Once an at-risk student with learning challenges, Kent defied the odds to become the Executive Director of a national youth association and, after two decades in non-profit leadership, launched two successful businesses.
Nominations for for Volunteer of the Year, Youth Volunteer of the Year, and Volunteer Organization of the Year will be accepted at Schaumburg.com/VOY through Tuesday, April 1.
