The Chicharra Poetry Festival takes place March 20-22 this year and we are looking for some helping hands to make this event as fantastic as possible.
What we need:
Bout Managers
Time Keepers
Score Keepers
Open Mic Hosts
Help with equipment
Passing out SWAG bags
Help with Promotion
Assisting out of town visitors and making them feel welcome
and more....
If you would like to be part of this year's production, please attend this meeting! We will spend the first hour going over the events and our needs, and the second hour training bout managers and forming bout teams for those who can help with preliminary rounds.
No experience necessary, but if you have no experience, you MUST come to this meeting.
If you are unable to make the meeting but would still like to participate (especially those of you coming from out of town), please DM me or Zachary Kluckman, and we will direct you.
