Join us for a volunteer meeting at South Florida Water Management that is open to the public. Our speaker will be Ashley Lampkin, the Fitness Manager at Quail West Golf & Country Club. Ashley graduated from FGCU with a BS in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry in Southwest Florida. Ashley will be speaking about and demonstrating Strong for Life: Functional Movement and Safe Exercise at Home. Registration is not required. We hope to see you there.
