This event is a great opportunity to meet fellow volunteers, connect with committee leaders, and learn more about the many ways you can get involved throughout the Fair & Rodeo.
We'll have representatives from a variety of committees available to answer questions and help you find the area that best matches your interests and talents, including:
• Livestock Committee
• Rodeo Committee
• Parking Committee
• Ticketing Committee
• Volunteer Committee
• Entertainment Committee
• Sponsorship Committee
• Safety & Security Committee
• Beverage & Alcohol Committee
• Speakers Committee
Whether you're already committed to a specific area or are still deciding where you'd like to serve, this is a great chance to explore opportunities and learn more about the important role each committee plays in making the Fair & Rodeo a success.
Light food and drinks will be provided. Come ready to visit with committee leaders, fellow volunteers, and Fair & Rodeo staff.
