Have you ever wanted to volunteer on a tall ship? This is your chance to find out what it’s really like.
Join us for a Volunteer Discovery Day aboard the STS Leeuwin II and explore the opportunities available for those interested in becoming part of our dedicated volunteer crew. Step aboard Western Australia’s iconic tall ship, meet current volunteers and professional crew, and learn how you can contribute, no sailing experience required.
The STS Leeuwin II relies on passionate volunteers to help deliver life-changing youth development voyages. Whether your interests are on deck, in the rig, below, or supporting the ship alongside, there’s a role for you.
What to expect:
• Guided tours of the ship
• Meet the crew
• Learn about volunteer roles, training and time commitments – talk at 1030hrs
• Ask questions and see if the Leeuwin II is right for you
Open to anyone over the age of 16 interested in volunteering
