Volunteer at the DC Hot Cider Hustle!
Join Ronald McDonald House Washington DC this Halloween morning for the DC Hot Cider Hustle 5K & 10K at National Harbor! We’re looking for volunteers of all ages and backgrounds to help us make race day a success while supporting Ronald McDonald House families.
Volunteers will help with a variety of race-day activities, including runner check-in and registration, water and snack stations, course support, cheering on participants, and other event needs. No previous experience is required. Just come ready to help and have a fun morning with our team. No age requirement!
Volunteer Perks

- Fall treats and snacks

- Community service hours, if needed
- Ronald McDonald House swag
- A fun morning at National Harbor supporting Ronald McDonald House families

When completing the volunteer registration form, please select “DC” as your event location. Although the race is listed as the DC Hot Cider Hustle, the official event takes place at National Harbor in Maryland.
Individuals, families, friends, students, school groups, companies, and community organizations are all welcome. Bring a friend or put together a team. The more volunteers, the better!
