Volunteer at feast & flourish
About this Event
Fresh Approach is seeking volunteer support at their garden dinner & fundraiser, feast & flourish on Saturday, September 19th at the East Palo Alto Community Garden at 230 Demeter St, East Palo Alto.
Note: The event runs from 5:00-8:00 PM, but volunteer support is requested at various times between 2:30 - 8:30 PM.

Here are the different opportunities to volunteer for "feast & flourish":
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
General event set-up, including but not limited to organizing the registration table, setting up the food and drinks, decorations, tables and chairs, and supporting the cooking demo station.
5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
During event activities, including greeting and registering guests as they arrive, managing the drink station (pouring and serving), managing the food tables with the catering staff, trash management, and distributing the silent auction baskets.
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
General event breakdown, including but not limited to breaking down the registration tables, breakdown cooking demo station, gathering decorations, gathering leftover food and drinks, and taking out trash.
