Youth Environmental Alliance will lead a hands-on upcycling activity where participants transform newspaper and cardboard into biodegradable pots, then plant a native seedling or sow pollinator-friendly seeds. We’ll also bring live earthworms to spotlight composting—showing how worms turn food scraps into nutrient-rich soil—and share simple steps to start a home bin.
