Have you volunteered with the Adopt A Stream Foundation? Have you been interested in volunteering but weren't sure where to start? We would love for you to attend our Volunteer Appreciation Social! We are coming together to celebrate all of the volunteers who support the Adopt A Stream Foundation (AASF) in carrying out our mission of teaching people to become stewards of their watersheds!Whether it's operating the Nature Store, maintaining the grounds and facilities at the Northwest Stream Center (NWSC), sustaining the Native Plant Yard and Pollinator Garden, or restoring forest and wetland habitat at our project sites- AASF depends on the presence and dedication of our amazing volunteers. The Volunteer Appreciation Social will be a great way to learn about the various volunteer roles and opportunities available at the AASF and the NWSC, connect and get to know other volunteers, and celebrate the work that we accomplish together!
There will be light snacks and refreshments, as well as a slideshow of pictures of our volunteers. The Nature Trail will be open to attendees during the event.
