Bishop Fenwick Volleyball to Host Historic Outdoor Match Under the Lights at Yeager Field
Bishop Fenwick High School is thrilled to announce a landmark event in the history of its Girls’ Volleyball program. On Saturday, September 13th, the Falcons will host their first-ever outdoor volleyball match under the lights at Yeager Field, creating an unforgettable evening of celebration, competition, and community spirit.
The Falcons will face off against the Lakota East Thunderhawks, with the Freshmen match beginning at 4:00 PM, followed by JV at 5:45 PM, and the Varsity match under the lights at approximately 7:30 PM.
This special evening will also honor the legacy of excellence in Fenwick Volleyball. Prior to varsity warm-ups, the school will recognize the 2010 and 2019 State Championship teams, celebrating their incredible achievements and inviting all volleyball alumni, families, and friends to return to campus for this historic event.
Adding to the excitement, Fenwick will host a Youth Volleyball Clinic on the outdoor court the morning of September 13th. More details on the clinic will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Falcons enter the 2025 season as returning State Runner-Ups, following a thrilling campaign in 2024. With high hopes and strong leadership, the team will kick off their season on August 16th at Dayton Christian, eager to build on last year’s success and chase another championship.
This event is more than just a match—it’s a celebration of our program’s past, present, and future, We’re excited to welcome back our alumni, honor our championship teams, and create a memorable experience for our community.
